Description

The FPS (Fuel Polishing System) is a wall mounted unit, which provides optimal fuel quality for peak engine performance. Since fuel is inherently unstable, solids begin to form over a period of time and the accumulating tank sludge will eventually clog your filters and damage your injectors. This will cause engines to smoke, loose power and ultimately break down.

The FPS conditions and stabilises the fuel, eliminates microbial contamination, removes water, tank sludge and contaminants from the tanks The principal components of the system are a continuous duty gear pump, a timer and a fuel filter water separator.

Ideal for use in tanks of vessels, vehicles, generators and heavy equipment, as well as for stand-by and backup generators in buildings and offices.

Specifications

The Fuel Polishing System is a recirculating filtration system. This means that the tank size shown above is a recommendation. If a unit flows at 800 litres per hour, it can process all the fuel in a 4000 litre tank in 5 hours. However larger tanks can be cleaned in the same way. How fast is dependant on the unit and the required amount of time.
